District e-mails announcement of December meetings to press

The Delaware Valley School District e-mailed to the press at 9:23 this morning an announcement of tonight's transportation meeting and two other committee meetings in December.

Is less than 10 hours notice to the press enough? According to board policy (Meetings 006):

Notice of all special meetings shall be given by publication and posting of notice at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time of the meeting...
