Update (3/25):The petition to set aside school board candidate Bob Goldsack's name from the democratic ballot was "granted" said Denise Fitzpatrick of the Pike County prothonotary office, according to an e-mail. The petition against board candidate Patricia Wright was "denied," according to the e-mail.
Please read this update about an e-mail from the Prothonotary's solicitor, which said no "unofficial" notice was given about the decision.
Pike County Judge Joseph Kameen will still make an official order and opinion, but sources say "unofficially, Robert Goldsack will NOT be a candidate in the Democratic Primary for Delaware Valley School Director."
The petitions made by Elizabeth Forrest of the Pike County Democratic Committee are available below to download in PDF format:

Do you have the petitions Goldsack filed and then dropped? Just curious.
From the Times Herald Record Wednesday March 25, 2009:
Bob Golsack removed "from the Democratic primary ballot because of irregularities in his petition."

Yea I know, it's just interesting to read the actual petitions.
