The event included three classes of students. One student stood up and thanked Specter; the student said he thinks the bailout will help make credit available so he can borrow money to attend college.

Specter visits DV for town hall meeting
Pennsylvanian Republican U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter visited Delaware Valley High School this morning for a meeting that was open to the public and DVHS students.
