So whats the deal with the HIV? Why did they have to notify the students that someone in DV was infected with it? And why do they have to notify the students, if we are supposingly a "drug-free school" and everyone is abstinent and whatnot

And its so stupid that theres now a permission slip for students' parents who dont want them to learn about sex ed. all students should be required to pass a sex ed course, maybe then there would be less STDs and teen pregnancies at our school.
