While 3/4 of northeast PA schools miss PSSA targets, DV soars

The Scranton Times-Tribune ran an article about schools in northeast Pennsylvania that did not meet all of the PSSA (Pennsylvania System of School Assessments) tests–three-fourths of the 37 districts to be exact. Delaware Valley did indeed meet all targets, and is even mentioned for one particularly high achievement:
Delaware Valley’s fourth grade, at 96.5 percent, had the highest proficiency rate for math among all tested grades in the 37 school districts. Four hundred students were tested.
